Shipping Policy

All fully paid orders will be sorted, packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. Weekends and national public holidays do not count as working days and will not trigger order processing. Pre-order and custom goods carry separate production and shipment timelines displayed on each product page.

Estimated transit time after warehouse dispatch for standard international shipping: US mainland 8–15 business days; UK, Canada, Australia 9–17 business days; EU nations 11–21 business days. All delivery windows are reference values only. Delays triggered by customs clearance backlogs, local courier congestion or extreme weather fall outside our control and will not be deemed delivery breach.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated on checkout based on package weight, dimensions and destination region. Free shipping benefits only apply to orders that meet the clear minimum spending threshold marked on our site banners. No extra delivery fees will be charged once payment is completed.

All import tariffs, customs clearance administrative fees and local sales taxes incurred upon package arrival are the sole financial responsibility of the buyer. We will truthfully declare commodity value and product category following international logistics regulations and cannot cover any customs-related costs for customers.

Once goods leave our warehouse, a unique tracking ID and logistics query link will be sent to your registered email inbox. If tracking information shows zero movement for over 8 consecutive days, submit a support ticket to our service team for logistics trace investigation.

Parcels returned to our warehouse due to recipient refusal, expired pickup window or invalid delivery address will generate return freight fully payable by the buyer. If you request secondary reshipment after package return, all new outbound delivery fees must be pre-paid by you. If you apply for a full merchandise refund after goods are returned, the original delivery fees paid at checkout will not be reimbursed.

We do not deliver packages to PO boxes, military restricted zones and internationally sanctioned territories. Logistics carriers may suspend delivery to high-risk flagged addresses, and we reserve unilateral authority to cancel such pending shipments.
